Ed Bark Uncle Barky This is a series that CBS should have kept doing without. But 18 years after Rush Hour hit it very big, here's a TV version that for the most part falls flatter than a thug on the receiving end of a Yan Naing Lee kick. Rated: C- Jun 24, 2020 Full Review Eric Deggans NPR At a time when television couldn't be more diverse, basing a new series on tired ideas cribbed from an 18-year-old movie might not be the wisest choice. Nov 26, 2019 Full Review Sonia Saraiya Salon.com Though that isn't necessarily bad, it is not particularly funny, either. Apr 1, 2016 Full Review Scott D. Pierce Salt Lake Tribune It's not Shakespeare. But then, not everything has to be Shakespeare. There's room for big, dumb fun. Jun 24, 2020 Full Review David S.E. Zapanta Den of Geek Overall, this action comedy delivers lots of stunts, lots of pyrotechnics, and plenty of quips and one-liners. The show has a lot of potential, but what's crucial to its initial success will be bringing more playfulness to its fight scenes. Rated: 3/5 Jun 24, 2020 Full Review Pilot Viruet Uproxx It's a perfect fit for CBS, a network that loves easy procedurals and that desperately needs to add some color to its lineup. It's just too bad the execution of the series is a little off. Jun 25, 2018 Full Review Read all reviews
