FAQs
How do I find the right size for my neon sign?
Sizing depends on several factors: feasibility, wall dimensions, budget, etc. In 1000 random order surveys, we found 40”-60” is the most popular size option.
Can I order big/oversized neon signs than as listed on page?
We truly create any dimensions you like. The neon might come in several parts, so we will always make sure to pack your signs as safely as possible. We will indicate the cuts and where we advise locating the power cords, working with together to provide the optimal sizing for your large signs in interior design projects.
Will I get a design proof?
Your customized text neon design can be generated in our builder. Once receive your order, our designer will review the order details and arrange production. If changes are needed, our team will contact you by email within 18 hours after you submit the order and confirm the details
Will I have to pay taxes and duty in my country?
International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment is made. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees. Tax exempt is available for some organization, countries, company, school or more. If you have any question about tax, please contact us at: hello@nippycustom.com
What if I don't like the product color?
Chromatic aberration is unavoidable due to camera angle, lighting, device display and other reasons. Please allow the color difference of the product. We do not offer any return / refund for chromatic aberration issue. If color match is necessary, Please Contact us at hello@nippycustom.com for more details before order.
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Contact us at hello@nippycustom.com and send us detailed pictures of the damages, after reviewing and accepting your claim we will send you a new spare neon tube free of charge.

Traditional glass neon VS led neon?
- Affordability: LED neon signs are cheaper than glass neon signs.
- Durability: LED neon flex is made of high quality, flame retardant PVCs and is flexible. Traditional neon signs are made of fragile, breakable glass that shatters easily.
- Energy Efficiency: LED neon signs have a low power usage with an input voltage of 24V/120V whereas the traditional glass version uses an input voltage of 3KV-18KV.Safety
- Ease of Installation: LED neon signs generally do not require a specialist installation team, they can be hung or wall mounted as you would any other piece of wall art. The weight, fragility and power requirements of traditional glass tube neon signs usually require specialist installation.
- Lightweight & Portable: LED flex is considerably lighter than glass neon tubes making LED signs lightweight enough to use just about anywhere including bedroom décor, portable party lights, for events, and much more.
- Noise: LED neon signs are very quiet and produce virtually no buzzing sound. Glass neon signs, on the other hand, are famous for "the buzz".
- Interference: LED flex signs will not cause interference with your TV, Wifi, etc... Glass neon signs can cause interference with infrared remote controls.
- Brightness: 210 Lm/m makes LED flex neon brighter than traditional glass neon which produces a warmer light at 197 Lm/m.
- Lifespan: LED neon flex signs will keep shining for approximately 50,000 hours of use. Glass neon signs offer approximately 10,000 hours of use.
