They are robust, very strong fish, can take the aggression of Asian Arowana, Jardini gulf arowana, Leichardti Saratoga and even Datnoid!!!
When the banded are relax, the yellow turn to deep orange/ yellow with black stripes with sparkly scales! the best colouring I've seen in fresh water fish.
give the banded lepo pilchard pieces to eat, it satisfy their need for eating skin, scales and cartilages and they no longer nip on fishes
Clown loaches, datnoid, arowana does not get nip by banded lepo..
banded lepo colour are much better than clown loach or Datnoid colour!
