Versus is saying goodbye to designer Christopher Kane and hello to a brand new strategy that includes a plan to partner with young designers and stylists to develop exclusive collections.
Tracey wrote this morning about Kane's rumored move to Balenciaga (he denies it so far).
His next move won't make a difference to Donatella Versace, who oversees Versus and appears ready to shakes things up at her (slightly) lower-priced label. She's also making a big push online with a new digital store. And, she's not going to time upcoming collections with the rest of the market. She's doing things on her own time, with the next line planned for March/April.
