Best Instagram Spots in Stockholm, Sweden

Even though we visited Sweden in November and it was cold, the city of Stockholm is absolutely beautiful! We found so many gorgeous photo spots while walking around and we thought we would share them with you all. For more information on Stockholm you can check out our Top Things to do in Stockholm post on our blog!

  1. Riddarholmen

Address: Södra Riddarholmshamnen 111 28 Stockholm, Sweden

Since the city of Stockholm is made up of 14 islands, the Riddarholmen area is right along the water. The sun was setting right behind us when we took this photo which made it all the more epic!

2. Gamla Stan Alley Ways

Address: Brända tomten, 111 31 Stockholm, Sweden, but if you can walk down any alley!

Gamla Stan aka the “Old Town” area of Stockholm was one of our favorite to explore! The streets were lined with cobblestone and there are tons of little alley ways every where you walk. You can walk down any alley for an Instagram shot, but we liked this one the best because some of the others had construction in the background.

3. Stadion T-Bana Station - Rainbow Mural

Address: Östermalmstorg, 114 40 Stockholm, Sweden

The T-Bana is the subway that runs through Stockholm, and each station has different murals! Our favorite is the Stadion Station because it’s rainbow (obviously haha) but there are many more stations with different murals as well, and the best thing about it you can just buy 1 ticket & keep riding the T-Bana to see them all!

4. Riddarholmsbron Bridge

Address: Birger Jarls Torg 2a, 111 28 Stockholm, Sweden

Since Stockholm is made up of a bunch of islands, you will find tons of bridges in the city. A lot of them are great for Instagram photos, but our fav was the Riddarholmsbron because of the church in the background!

5. Stockholm’s Narrowest Street - Mårten Trotzigs Gränd

Address: Mårten Trotzigs gränd 1, 111 29 Stockholm, Sweden

The narrowest street in Stockholm is a cute tourist attraction! It’s very narrow (as you can see haha) and has cool graffiti on one of the walls.

Those were all of our favorite Instagram spots in Stockholm! The city is very picturesque so if you just walk around and explore, you will find tons of great places to snap some photos.
