Milbemax Cat 16 / 40 mg (2 - 8 kg), 2 tablets film-coated tablets for small kittens and kittens and is indicated for in the treatment of mixed infections caused by immature and adult cestodes and nematodes of the following species:
Cestodes: Dipylidium caninum. Taenia spp. Echinoccus multilocularis
Nematodes: Ancylostoma tubaeforme, Toxocara cati
The product can also be used in the prophylaxis of cardiac filariosis (Dirofilaria immitis) in the event that concomitant treatment against cestodes is indicated.
It is a broad-spectrum vermicide. Each tablet contains:
Milbemicin oxime 16 mg
Praziquantel 40 mg
Excipients 132.5 mg
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use "tablets for cats weighing less than 2 kg.
SIDE EFFECTS
In very rare cases, especially in young cats, systemic signs (such as lethargy), neurological signs (such as ataxia and muscle tremor) and/or gastrointestinal signs (such as vomiting and diarrhoea) have been observed after administration of the veterinary medicinal product.

METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
MILBEMAX tablets are taken in minimum recommended doses of 2 mg milbemicin oxime and 5 mg praziquantel per kg body weight.
Milbemax is taken in a single dose, orally, together with an amount of food or immediately after ingestion. This fact provides optimal protection against cardiac filarioses, depending on the body weight of the cat, the usual dosage is as follows:

Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not store at a temperature higher than 25 °C.
Store the blister in the cardboard package to protect it from light.
