French singer-songwriter Françoise Hardy has announced her 24th studio album, Personne D’autre. It marks her first new album in six years, following 2012’s L’Amour Fou. The full-length arrives April 6 via Parlophone. Personne D’autre features one song sung in English (“You’re My Home,” written by Yael Naïm), a cover of Michel Berger’s ‘Seras-tu Là,” and an adaption of Finnish band Poet of the Fall’s song “Sleep.” In a statement, Hardy says, “The album practically made itself, and all under the talented and benevolent leadership of Erick Benzi, without whom none of this would have been possible.”

Hardy’s debut 1962 album Tous Les Garçons Et Les Filles lands at No. 90 on Pitchfork’s list, The 200 Best Albums of the 1960s.
