The pancakes and hash brown were absolutely amazing!! Definitely good food and incredibly nice employees. The major flaw is that their lobby hours are either not updated or they make them up every day. I walked up and asked an employee, "what time do you open?" Her response was one for the books, "6:20 or 6:30 am something like that." Clearly they had no clue and on the doors it says Lobby Hours open at 6:00 am on Sunday. I know it's not different because it's St.Patricks Day.

Surprisingly good experience. McD's is never my choice, but sometimes it's Baby K's. So, Happy Meal- right now in a Halloween candy bucket, so she loved that. And likes the nuggets, fries, and apples slices.

Sweetie got a McChicken I think. I got a Big Mac, just the sandwich. I'm not a big fry person and we have pop at home.

And got the two new sauces, Sweet and Spicy Jam and Mambo. Haven't tried them yet, but the first is pretty self-evident. Mambo's ingredients are sugar, ketchup, and cayenne pepper sauce, so that should give us a good idea what's in it.

Short drive-through line at 4 on a Sunday. Friendly, accurate, fast service. Better than most, and though it's never my first choice I can find something to eat (usually a chicken sandwich but sometimes I want a burger.)

Fresh Hot Fries! That's all I need to say. Seriously though, excellent service from the drive through. Awesome employee on the speaker taking my order, and then, super friendly employees at both windows.

The drive through was quick, order was accurate, and the food hot. This was the best McDonalds visit in a long time. Thanks for making my day McDonalds! Much appreciated and can't wait to come back another day.

Hot fries and food , fast service, crispy Coke. Best McDonald's I've been to. I would come back here anytime they were nice and even had my favorite Coke.

For some reason, I continue to use this location despite how pathetic it's service is. The franchisee is a large corporation man with multiple locations and businesses who pretends that free meals solve all, despite the complete rework the store needs in it's customer service department.

Let's start with the few good items. After what I assume was the firing of their few incompetent cooks within the past year, food most of the time comes out well done. Gone are the days of overcooked food (how do you burn a bun so bad!?). Additionally, lines are quick moving typically and you hardly ever have to wait at the order box.

Now we will go into the ugly. The only thing a complaint for bad service and incorrectly made food does is get you more incorrectly made food. I have stopped complaining or using their free food coupons because they never seem to make a difference in service. Food is most often made wrong or entirely missing.

Recently, I made an order through drive through that contained 5 items, a small snack to tide the family over until dinner in a few hours. The first item I asked for, which the employee repeated back to me, was missing from my order. When I checked my receipt, I noticed it was not rung up. No big deal, easy fix. At the second window, I asked for them to ring up the missing item so I can go. I was told no, that I had to go back around and sit in the 20 minute line they had that day, or go in store (which was also busy). When I stated the obvious "That's ridiculous", the manager then declined to assist. I drove away without the item that day.

Today, for lunch we ordered 5 items again. for the family, a fry, 20 piece nugget, and 3 McChicken's with a collection of sauces to make buffalo ranch McChicken's (an old recipe item they used to have). Unfortunately, my husband did not check the bag, and come to find out they had missed all 3 McChicken's in the bag.

I recommend staying away from this location. Their staff is disrespectful and uncaring, encouraged by their manager to make your life more difficult for the sake of their beau acracy. If you choose to go to this location, take the extra time to ensure your food was properly cooked, made correctly, and actually present. Have the employee repeat your order back to you if the order check screen is missing. Make sure they don't waste your time and money too.

I wanted to try the mcrib and when I got home all I got was 15 cold chicken nuggets.
Everytime we Uber eat anything from this place our order is always wrong.
There's another one, hopefully better, a mile south.

This location has very much gone down hill, however they have maintained an ironic consistency. In the last six visits, with no exceptions, I have ordered A, paid for B, and received C. This location is quickly becoming as garbage and uncoordinated as the Livingston location.

Do not visit.

Went through the drive thru & had to wait in one of the 3! waiting areas b/c you have to park & wait on your order! I went in to see what was going on when the Mgr. came out & handed it to me, & turned & walked away. No apology, no checking to see if that's what I was waiting on, nothing. When I asked if this was order no. XXXX, he said "Yeah..." & kept on walking. The service at this new, redesigned McD's is terrible. Won't ever be back.

I've only ever been through the drive-thru for a breakfast sandwich on my way home from OSU Medical Center East. I've never had any problems with my order or service. It's a standard McDonald's...you know what to expect when you choose to go there.

Wow! I've not had excellent service at McDonald's in years!!! today was an exception. From the time I place my order to the time my order was received, it was all smiles and pleasant conversation. Even making sure I was pleased with my order. Kudos to the crew!
