Gender : Shrimp will be unsexed but I will try to give a healthy mix of sexes.

Shipping:

Shipping will be done through USPS Priority Mail unless Express Mail is requested. I will try to ship out on Mondays and Tuesdays. Regular Shipping will be $15, and Express Mail will be $40 - $60 depending on zip code.

Packaging will include a foam-lined, insulated box, plus a heat or ice pack required depending on the situation.

DOA Policy:

Guaranteed live arrival or full refund with photographic evidence in bag within 2 hours of first scheduled delivery attempt.

Do not discard DOA livestock until photos are received. Refund won’t be issued if your package is delivered and not attended to for more than 2 hours or if the package is not received within the first delivery attempt. Please be responsible and track your package on USPS website so that you can be there to receive them.

I reserve the right to postpone shipment if weather conditions are not favorable.

Opening the bag will void all guarantees. Removing the deceased shrimp from the bag will void all guarantees.

No refunds will be given for losses caused by shipping delays or delivery failures.
