Blood Parrot Cichlid

Parrot Cichlids are a human made hybrid. They have a cute round shape and inquisitive personalities. Due to their hybrid nature their size can vary, especially when dealing with even further hybridized individuals. Some Parrot Cichlids can reach upwards of 10" long but can often be seen capping out at around 5-6". Due to the shape of their mouths, they are not known to prey on other fish frequently, but as always caution should be advised when there are large size differences between tank mates.
