Particularly effective as a refuge for fry, Glosso is a must-have in any high-light aquarium.
Glosso requires intense lighting to foster proper development. Its stems can reach a maximum of 1 inch in height with adequate light, while the plant will spread horizontally over the substrate. This plant requires enriched substrate, particularly with iron, and ample lighting to avoid an untidy growth pattern. CO2 supplementation is also recommended to ensure success.
