Brachypelma smithi or annitha?

just a quick one - i know that no ID is 100% based off of a photo.
and i know consensus doesn't mean much, but i just wanted to put it out there for comments.

Q: does this look like a smithi or an annitha to you? :confused:





this is a T that was sold to me as a B smithi - got him from a sling and it's the only smithi i've ever kept, so i have nothing to compare it with.

well he's recently hooked out and i've been getting weird looks and comments when i posted him as a mature male smithi for breeding purposes.

I am nowhere near qualified to say anything in the way of technical advice here, but I do think he's beautiful. :)

thanks! all the bruhaha started when i wanted to get him a girlfriend so i can have few more of these bee-yoo-tiful T's around.

but since i can point to the stuff i read through, that should no longer be a problem. B smithi females are pretty easy to come by here. the so called B annitha, not so much. :D
