Terrible experience

I have ordered 3 batches of 6 forktails (18 total). At this point only 5 have survived. 1 batch was DOA. The other 2 batches had dye off within the first 48 hours. My quarantine tank is fully cycled and been running for at least 3 months. I am surprised that so many have had such positive experiences because I certanly have not. Don't think I can order from them again.

By looking at your order history, I see your first order of 6 Forktail Rainbow you reported 3 DOA. Your 2nd order of 6 Forktail Rainbow you reported them all DOA. You were then sent a 3rd order of 6 Forktail Rainbow for free to replace the 2nd order. I'm sorry these fish did not work out.

I ordered 6 Forktails which arrived QUICKLY. Aqua Huna is across the country and it made it to me in 2 and a half days. The fish are beautiful and colored back up quickly and are all eating. This was my first order and I'm happy to say I've ordered 3 more species from Aqua Huna, my wife is going to kill me :p
