Lauren Fetto

Lauren Fetto was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where she trained in jazz, tap, ballet and contemporary. She found her passion for teaching and choreography in high school where she trained in the Teacher’s Assistant program at her studio and served as captain of her high school dance team.

 

She began working under the direction of Quinn Callahan at the Rock Center For Dance just a few months after it opened, starting as a college freshman choreographing a few solos and substituting classes. She became one of the creative team members of the prestigious Rock Company and taught many of the Jazz, TapJazz, and Contemporary classes at the Rock.

 

She has received numerous choreography awards, including the Choreography Award at YAGP San Francisco.

She has also worked with many dance teams to work on technique and skills, as well as choreograph their competition jazz, pom and lyrical routines. Lauren received an undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in Kinesiology allowing her to focus on the science behind dance technique. She returned to UNLV to receive her master’s degree in Elementary Education and is now an elementary teacher in conjunction with teaching dance.
