Timothy Greenfield-Sanders began his career as a photographer and The Boomer List is the latest in the list series which he calls his “portraiture come to life,” including The Black List, The Latino List, and The Out List about LBGT America.

The significance of making a film in 2014 about the baby boomer generation is that it is the last year a boomer will reach the meaningful age of 50. Greenfield-Sanders says choosing subjects for the film was extremely difficult since only one person would represent each of the 19 years the baby boomers were born (1946 to 1964).

He jokes, “one of the hardest thing on a film like this was getting the subject to arrive at the set!”
