Hello, I'm a bit confused about my severuma.. One I'm sure is rotkei, another 2 I have bought as a rotkeil long ago as a tiny creatures, they grow very slow and they never got any red colour, they look yellow blue. On the picture 2 are strange growing slow and a rotkei as you can see also young but having red colour. I guess rotkeil will be a female ? Could you please identify what is another 2 and sex of them 3. Thank you in advance. IMG_20201106_221736.jpg

From what I have been told males get the "worm" lines on their face like your golden. The two in the last picture do look to be Rotkeil as there is quite a bit of variation in colors for individuals.

It’s hard to tell with these ones. I’m leaning male on the first three pics and female on the last. Not sure if this particular species works different though.

Those guys are beautiful, and by guys I mean the generic grouping of fish not the gender specific guys. They could be guys though but I'm not sure anymore who's who.

The three rotkeil are all female. All of the H. liberifer look male. The third liberifer may be a female because it has much less freckling but usually females would have none at all.
