The man accused of attacking a mother and daughter working at a gas station in Auburn, then crashing his car and assaulting responding police officers pleaded guilty to assault, robbery and other charges in Worcester Superior Court Tuesday.

Kyle Fitta, 32, of North Dighton, pleaded guilty to two counts each of unarmed robbery, three counts each of assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and one count each of assault and battery causing serious injury, assault and battery of a police officer, resisting arrest, operating a motor vehicle to endanger and leaving the scene of property damage related to the July 31, 2022 incident.
