“The three wise monkeys” for any HR business in this modern & digital era

Everybody knows about “The three wise monkeys” embodying the proverbial principle "hear no evil, see no evil, speak no evil".

According to Japanese pictorial maxim The three monkeys are

Kikazaru, covering his ears, who hears no evil and,

Mizaru, covering his eyes, who sees no evil,

Iwazaru, covering his mouth, who speaks no evil.

Now if we Assume them for any HR #business in this #modern & #digital era then,

1st monkey should be #jobseekers

If jobseekers start to cover their ears from the harsh reality that our country has major unemployment!

Seems awkward right?

But let me explain,

If there is person who is fresher and wants a job or opportunity then,

He should be advance in his or her knowledge by overcome weaknesses and should starts working on something like how he or she could be unique, instead of reading the news of unemployment!

2nd monkey should be #organizations

If companies start cover their eyes & sees no evil i.e

Not focus on that every fresher are same & they have no knowledge about the field.

Because time is totally changed now,

we’ve seen talented & hardworking freshers who learn new things every day.

So It could be more opportunities if every companies starts to think specially for #freshers.

3rd monkey should be #recruiters

Recruiters should cover their mouth, not speaks evil!

For example,

If there is one opportunity and we have 10 candidates for that then as ideal you select one appropriate one close the deal. But additionally, you should encourage the other ones maybe by telling them the proper reason on which they’ll work next time.

So as discussed all are different but at the same times linked with each other.

I hope you can relate to one of them.

Now positively try to work on making new opportunity or try to fits in right opportunity

Choice is yours!

Thank you.
