Rasch Tapeten, the second largest wallpaper and textile manufacturer in Germany with a history that goes back to 1861, is joining forces with The Wallfashion House, a leading European association of designers and producers of wall decoration products. The Wallfashion House has acquired a controlling stake in Tapetenfabrik Gebr. Rasch GmbH & Co. KG. Lupp + Partner advised the Rasch family on all relevant legal aspects of the sale transaction. The advice included not only the direct transaction documentation relating to the sale and remaining minority interest, but also long-term lease agreements for domestic and foreign production sites.
