Camembert à l'Italienne, this delicate little cheese is made exclusively from the milk of Lombardy buffalo, like good mozzarella, which is what gives it its finesse!
Its shape and creamy, bloomy rind are reminiscent of Camembert, but don't be fooled: it's very different, with a whiter paste, a much milder flavor than our Normandy Camemberts, and a very light aroma.
Quite simply, even non-cheese lovers love it.
