some matte balloons will not be really matte as our color in our picture, when you get it and blow up. Since all balloons will have a sheen to them. The matte effect of balloons is that the latex balloons be oxidized.

You can achieve this look with matte latex balloon. The easiest way is to inflate the balloons 2 or 3 days prior to the event and place them in a well-ventilated, bright room (sunlight works fastest, but don't put them outside, or balloons may be popped under the sunlight or heat).

There are ways to get around this.

1st - inflate each balloon to 100%, then to 80% and tie it to seal.

2nd - Don't place them in direct sunlight in the highest heat of the day - especially in the hotter months.

3rd - Add extra balloons to your garland to help maintain the full look when a few of them pop.

4th - Be okay with a few of them popping. They are balloons, sometimes they're overinflated, it is okay. Your party is still beautiful and perfect.

Last - ONLY USE QUALITY BALLOONS!! This will help you to experience less popping in high-heat situations.

These balloons are double-layered with two balloons to create a custom color, they must be inflated together. True colors will show once inflated. Please do not pull apart! They are completely double-stuffed before shipping.

Electric pump is workable for single balloon and doubled balloon in 10",12" 18", but is NOT workable for mini 5" doubled balloons. You will need a hand pump for the doubled mini 5" balloon.
