Paintings for the book WILD were painted in macro-detail by Flick Ford from observing live specimens and from photos and videos from top tropical fish experts and breeders all over the world. These paintings are incredibly lifelike and in most cases were painted at least 2X life-sized. The medium Flick uses is watercolor and gouache on Arches cold press natural 100% cotton rag paper. The 75 paintings for the book were produced from 2007 - 2013.

NOTE: All artwork is shipped unframed. We recommend using acid free mattes and backing and UV glass to protect your original art investment.

Shipping: The artwork will be packaged and shipped as follows: artwork will be sealed inside an acid-free clear bag, sandwiched between 2 cardboard sheets, and shipped in a sturdy box mailer.
