We have ordered a lot of livestocks on Ebay and we have to say that Koi Kompanion is just one of the best stores we have bought from. The heatpack, styrofoam, insulation are all very well placed with great care. Communication was a breeze as the team always respond to our request. The price and fish selection is also very nice. Excellent communication with seller. All fish arrived alive and healthy and once acclimated are all doing wonderfully in my tank.
