Plants are not looking good, entire order. Swords and anubias have "melted all their leaves and look terrible. Contends that damage is from exposure to a "heat source". Plants spent at least two nights in USPS transit in sub 20 degrees temperature. I contacted seller BEFORE ordering and was assured the plants would be fine without a heat pack. Seller says other shippers are only trying to make money selling heat packs that are not necessary. Will update if things improve, $51 down the drain.
