I ordered 20 chili rasboras. 4 arrived DOA, with most of the rest looking very unwell. I requested replacements for the DOAs and recieved a refund for the 4 instead. It has been less than 24 hours and only 9 are left. Even with food and treatment, I expect to lose more soon. They did not have a chance.
What I received for a purchase of over $100 is abhorrent. I was wrong to trust the positive reviews I saw.

WOW, just WOW. I ordered my fish on 2/14. They arrived today, 2/16. They are happy, healthy, and already drip acclimating (photo). Great correspondence and customer service.
My only regret is that I didn't buy here first. Had an online store where all were DOA and then had another ebayer who cancelled my order after a week with no direct correspondence.
Moving forward, I will check out Aquascaping Canvas first! I can't wait for these little guys to join my other 4 galaxy rasboras!
