The fish received was the exact fish I purchased. The fish arrived healthy and the packing was great. A suggestion I have would be to use a smaller priority mailing box (7x7x6) and that would lower shipping costs which would be more attractive to buyers. I will say, the quality and uniqueness of this fish was worth the shipping cost. I would buy from this seller again! Thank you!

Low temperatures at the time of purchase makes shipping aquatic livestock hard. However the seller managed to keep me informed about shipping outlook. When it came time, she told me the betta was sick and had swim issues, but had 2 other similar looking bettas. She then sent me a video and while not exactly like the photos, same color and maybe a bit younger. I also had schedule issues that week, that was accounted for. The betta arrived healthy, well packaged, insulated. It is acclimating well!

The seller is very quick to respond! The bettas is packed very well! I got a female crown tail which came lively and healthy! I also got a male yellow betta. His tail got damaged during the shipping. (This can happen no fault of the seller). He was already healthy, so I have no doubts that his fins will grow back as they should. Please know this can happen to any fish during the shipping process. I would recommend a seller and will buy from him again.
