Very happy with purchase. All 8 snails arrived healthy and look great. Colors are just like the pictures. Put them in my tanks and within 5 minutes they all started moving around. Algae eating machines! I ordered during a cold spell, so shipping was delayed as it should be. Communication was good though. When they arrived, package was well insulated and had a heat pack. Very happy for this because the morning they were delivered it was cold here. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again.
