This fish is the only one still alive out of the 3 I bought from this seller. It isn’t the fish that’s in the picture or description though it’s actually just plain orange in colour. It’s actually poor quality/health but hopefully it will actually survive, time will tell. The seller hasn’t been very helpful . I would advise to stay away from this seller at all cost and find a reputable seller.
Also fish were sent out without heat packs and one of the fish wasn’t even in the correct sized bag.

I ordered 6 Gold Banded Cichlid
Heros Severus and 15 Mahecola Barbs. Only Gold Banded Cichlid Heros Severus delivered but notifications said all were being delivered. Sent a message and seller responded saying they would be shipped next week. All fish have now arrived very healthy and well packaged. Excellent service and communication. Will definitely buy again.

The only problem had nothing to do with the seller but was down to Royal Mail who because it came by Parcel Force rather than the usual postal service delivered it in mid-afternoon rather than earlier. Not a problem really, the packing was excellent and the fish exactly as described in good health and feeding more or less immediately. And the communication from the seller is brilliant.

Received my fish in time scale advertised I did receive two different fish to what I ordered on messaging regarding this matter seller replied back straight away and on sending video proof and photos replacement fish was sent out. Fish was well packaged and live fish stickers used on packaging and all healthy. Will order again in future.
