Former Ambassador Paul Bremer delivered a keynote address on America’s position as an influential world power and his views on what the U.S. should be doing to fight terrorism. He gave historical perspectives on the struggles in the world and he gave insight into the terrorist attacks in Paris the previous week. He talked about how extremists view the West and the role of religious communities in combating homegrown terrorism.
