Look what i received today.. A friend of mine in our Fish club hooked me up with a rare colony of cichlids wow i had to share these fish with you here on AC..

These guys are still skittish.. Also what cichlid-forum said about this cichlid hitting the sand wow it is so true they bury themselves really quick..

LOL i think i should keep these and distribute the juvies when i get them so i can re-establish them in the united states. I will have to send you some as well Efors..

You can feel honored to have them and to have the great opportunity to re-establish them in the USA. For me it would be a great honor to create a Puertorican stock of them. So, thanks for considering me to have a few of them!

they always have these at the auctions i go to and they sell for not very much. i might have to get some though, they sound cool, i never really knew anything about them. but if they bury themselves in the sand......

Nice fish! I never realized they were that rare as I've seen them at the same auctions as Austin and the lfs here carries them. They're awesome looking fish, congrats!
