Stew Beef Tribe, widely known as “Trippa alla Fiorentina”, is a traditional Tuscan dish. This hearty stew made with beef tripe, which is the lining of the cow’s stomach. The tripe is simmered with vegetables, herbs, and tomato sauce. Known for its rich and savoury flavours, once fully cooked and tender, it is served drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with grated Parmigiano Reggiano and can be enjoyed as a main course or as a part of a larger meal.
Ingredients: Beef Tripe, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Cannellini Bean,Parmigiano Reggiano, Red Wine, Tomato Sauce, Rosemary, Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO).
Recommendation
Keep at -18°C and below. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
Immerse vacuum pack in hot water(not boiling) on stove (about 75°C) for 7 minutes. Serve as a main course with our selection of side dishes or as an appetiser.
