Dwarf Sagittaria is a popular choice as a foreground plant and can grow high enough to make an excellent mid- or background accent either submerged or emersed.
When clumped together, this plant looks like wide blades of aquatic grass that adds subtle depth to your aquascape.
Easy difficulty - It does not require CO2 in order to grow, but it does grow much faster with it.
How to plant - Ships as several cuttings wrapped in foam which should be removed prior to planting. To propagate, pinch off the plant’s runners and plant them into the substrate.

I didn’t pay for expedited shipping and it’s fairly warm this summer. Not sure if that’s the reason, but the picture shows that one of the plants was essentially fried and dead. The other one had green portions and may recover. Time will tell, but at this rathe it turned out a bit more expensive.
