The Saint Agur is a French blue cheese, in 1988 it was first made in the Auvergne. The milk used for the cheese comes from 300 farmers in the region. The cow's milk is pasteurized, after which the cheese ripens in a coating of paraffin, which ensures a delicious creamy cheese. The cheese has a wonderfully creamy and spicy taste and melts on your tongue. Saint Agur is very suitable for drinks, but also delicious in combination with pear or nuts.
