I have been keeping a little secret but I got the go ahead to share! Creative Scrapbooker has created an online membership group- the VIP Club. It’s the “Village of Inspired People”. It’s a great opportunity to join a community of like minded creatives. The club offers inspiration, demos, interactive crops & monthly classes. And that brings me to my news! I have been asked to teach an online class for the VIP’s, my class runs in July and they will officially be announcing my class at the beginning of June to the members. Online access is only available to members so that’s a great reason to join! AND, they have earlybird pricing until June 2. I will have take home kits available in my online shop for the second week of June. I’ll be posting those when they’re available for purchase.

Let’s talk cards! These 6 cards are colorful, bright, feminine and so pretty. I designed this collection using Flora #4 from Carta Bella, this line of papers includes 3 different color pallets that all work together wonderfully. My favorite thing however, are the 3 (we use 2) sheets of 12×12 sentiment tags making Flora #4 perfect for card making.

If I was asked what my “go to” was, the thing that I think I’m good at, I would tell you- layering! I layer and build and tuck and assemble like a boss. It’s my favourite “technique”, and that’s what you’ll find here, layering and popping with 3D foam until the card faces are “just right”. (Is there such a thing as too much 3D foam?) As always my kits will come complete with all the product, photos, instructions and envelopes. You don’t have to purchase a card kit, I will also be providing the specific supply list for VIP’s so they can source out their own product.

I am excited and a little nervous, my last online class started out a little rocky when the camera was turned the wrong way but I figured it out and I’ll fogure it out again if need be (please, please, please don’t be sideways).
