The model of modern 10-storey apartment building. Created in Cinema 4D. Vray-  and Corona Renderer-ready and available in 4 different formats.  Recommended to use in Archviz, Animation, and various CGI projects.

Length: 61.5 m

Height: 35 m

There are 2 main .c4d files  one for use with Corona and another for VrayforC4D. Both of them have their engine-based materials, cameras and render settings. 

The geometry in each .c4d file as well as in the other exchange formats is well organized. The building components are divided according to construction logic (slabs, walls, columns, facade panels etc). 

The product is also available in multiple exchange formats: fbx, 3ds, obj, and even .skp for use in Sketchup. Please read File formats description for for information on file formats.

All texture maps are placed in TEX folder. Depending of your software you may need to re-link textures with this folder. For use in C4D re-linking is not necessary as the TEX folder is placed next to .c4d file.

File formats description:

- C4D Corona: created in Cinema 4D R18, native format; all materials included; basic light setup with Corona Sky&Sun and Corona Camera for quick tests; Corona Renderer version 1.7
- C4D Vray: created in Cinema 4D R18, native format; all materials included; basic light setup with Vray Physical Sky&Sun and Physical Camera for quick tests; VrayforC4D version 3.4
- FBX: exported from Cinema 4D; materials are simplified to colors;  geometry is divided by materials
- 3DS: exported from Cinema 4D; materials are simplified to colors;  geometry is divided by materials
- OBJ: exported from Cinema 4D; materials are simplified to colors;  geometry is divided by materials
- DAE: exported from Cinema 4D; materials are simplified to colors;  geometry is divided by materials
