Corydoras Agassizii 'Brazil' ,Corydoras agassizii, also known as Agassiz's Cory or Agassiz's Corydoras, is a small freshwater fish species belonging to the Corydoradinae subfamily. It is native to the Amazon River basin in South America, specifically found in the countries of Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.
Appearance: It has a compact body with a rounded snout and a flattened ventral surface.
✦ The coloration of Corydoras agassizii can vary depending on its origin, but it generally features a light tan to pale yellow base color, with a series of dark spots or bands covering its body.
✦Requires a well-maintained tank least 20 gallons with plenty of hiding places such as caves, driftwood, and plants
✦Larger tank would be suitable 30-40 gallons. ✦They are shoaling fish and should be kept in groups of at least six individuals to ensure their well-being and reduce stress.
