Förstörelse och plundring av kulturarv är ett sätt att utplåna historiska spår. Spåren är viktiga byggstenar i människors identitetskapande. Dessa i sig kan bidra till upplevelser av både tillhörighet och utanförskap. Förstörelse av kulturarv är ett angrepp riktat mot människors själva identitet och berättelser. Hur påverkar denna förstörelse våra möjligheter att förhålla oss till historien för att förstå vår nutid?

Irina Bokova, Unesco, och kultur- och demokratiminister Alice Bah Kuhnke deltar i ett samtal om konsekvenserna av förstörelsen av kulturarven.
