Callitriche stagnalis.

Can be grown emersed, and submerged (shown in the picture from my book), but does not do well in tropical water from my experience.

EDIT: And it doesn't smell either.

Hard to tell with the pic providie.

Callitriche stagnalis is more fleshy than E. gratioloides , and has more dense growth.

Here is a picture of C.stagnalis close up

Notice the shape of the leaf and the veination. The veins are not so obvious on Elantaine.

Both are similar and both are in NZ

The ones in our pics Neon is Elantaine and I think IDs one is Callitriche
