A newly discovered genus and species that is found in Vietnam in semi-deciduous and deciduous dry lowland forests and savana-like woodlands at elevations of sealevel to 700 meters as a small to medium sized, hot to warm growing, monopodial epiphyte with a stem enveloped by leaf bearing sheaths carrying 2 ranked, leathery, praemorse leaves that blooms in the summer on a axillary, short to 4" [10 cm] long, to 7 flowered inflorescence.
